នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ AI Forum, AI Singapore, សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ CamTech និង OCIC បាន
សហការរៀបចំនូវសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី Cambodia Developer Meetup 2025 ដែលមាននិស្សិត អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ និងវិស័យឯកជន ចូលរួមប្រមាណជិត ១០០ នាក់។
ក្នុងសុន្ទរកថាបើកកម្មវិធីដោយ លោក ឆែម សិវីវត្ថិ ប្រធាន AI Forum កម្ពុជា បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការបង្កើត AI ពុំមែនត្រឹមជាការបង្កើតបច្ចេកវិទ្យានោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែមានតម្រូវការបង្កើត AI ដែលអាចស្វែងយល់បានអំពីភាសា គុណតម្លៃ និងបញ្ហារបស់តំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ក្នុងតំបន់។
សិក្ខាសាលាខាងលើនេះក៏បានបង្ហាញនូវកម្មវិធី AI មានឈ្មោះថា SEA-LION ដែលជាកម្មវិធី LLM សម្រាប់ផ្តោតលើតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍តែម្តង។ សិក្ខាសាលាខាងលើនេះក៏មានការពិភាក្សាជាសាធារណៈដោយមានការចូលរួមពី អ្នកជំនាញមកពីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម, វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍, មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះធុរកិច្ចថ្មី “Techo”, AI Singapore និង CADT ស្តីពីការកសាង AI សម្រាប់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍៖ ការឆ្លុះបញ្ជាំងអំពីភាពជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងតំបន់
មុននិងបញ្ចប់ AI Singapore ក៏បានបង្ហាញពីឱកាសដែល AI Developer នៅក្រុមស្រុកអាចចូលរួម Pan-SEA AI Developer Challenge 2025 ដែលនឹងទៅឡើងនាពេលខាងមុខ។

On July 18, 2025, AI Forum, AI Singapore, CamTech University, and OCIC jointly organized the Cambodia Developer Meetup 2025, which brought together nearly 100 participants, including students, researchers, and members of the private sector.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Chhem Siriwat, President of AI Forum Cambodia, emphasized that creating AI is not merely about developing technology; rather, it requires building AI that understands the languages, values, and challenges of the Southeast Asian region to support community development in the area.
The workshop also showcased SEA-LION, a large language model (LLM) program specifically focused on Southeast Asia. It further featured a public panel discussion with experts from the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation; the “Techo” Startup Center; AI Singapore; and CADT, addressing the theme “Building AI for Southeast Asia: Reflections on Regional Realities.”
Before concluding, AI Singapore introduced opportunities for local AI developers to participate in the upcoming Pan-SEA AI Developer Challenge 2025.
