At AI Forum Cambodia, we welcome original, well-argued submissions exploring the intersections of artificial intelligence with policy, ethics, law, science, and society—especially within ASEAN contexts.

We uphold rigorous academic standards, constructive peer review, and efficient editorial turnaround, while maintaining the flexibility of a think tank-style platform.

Who Can Submit

Acceptable Formats

  • Insights (800–1,200 words)
  • Policy Briefs (1,000–2,000 words)
  • Short Research Papers (up to 5,000 words)

    Language: English (clear, structured writing)
    Referencing Style: APA 7th edition
    File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

Editorial Workflow

1. Acknowledgment of Submission

You will receive a confirmation email with a reference ID after submission. A preliminary editorial screening will assess thematic alignment.

2. Peer Review & Feedback

Your manuscript will be reviewed by subject experts from our Ad Hoc Review Network. Feedback may include requests for revisions.

3. Editorial Oversight

The Editorial Board (Editor-in-Chief and Senior Editor-in-Chief) will conduct a final review to ensure clarity, relevance, and policy value.

4. Acceptance & Publication

Upon approval, you will receive a formal acceptance letter. Your article will be published online and shared across AI Forum’s platforms.

Review Policies

  • Dual Review Process:
    • External peer review (subject specialist)
    • Editorial review (Editor-in-Chief/Senior Editor-in-Chief)
  • Possible Outcomes:
    • Rejection: For quality concerns or plagiarism
    • Conditional Acceptance: Requires moderate revision
    • Unconditional Acceptance: Minimal editorial edits only
