It highlights the legislative approaches these regions have adopted to address TDM and the authorship of AI-generated content. Additionally, the article examines Cambodia’s current legal landscape, identifying gaps and ambiguities in its copyright laws concerning AI. The discussion underscores the necessity for clear regulations to navigate the complexities of AI and copyright in the digital age.
